The Workplace Agency has contributed to and led many teams preparing development frameworks, master plans, and precinct plans. We take time to understand the context of the development, oversee assessments and studies, engage the client and community, bring on board the right skilled teams, respond to challenges of limited resources and provide effective reporting on our activities.

We know that to produce public spaces and streetscapes of quality that facilitate regeneration to become confident and dignified neighbourhoods, we need to approach areas holistically.  The Workplace Agency supports the growing awareness around participatory processes in the built environment, and that work in the public realm inherently has public interest as a primary concern.

We love ensuring that our urban work creates positively defined places, is climatically responsive, has vibrant infrastructure, is humanly scaled, is safe, and can be used through increased human interaction and activity.

We have, over time, honed effective management, planning, communication, scope management and reporting skills. These proficiencies make it possible for us to lead our teams and run programmes and budgets in an efficient and productive manner.
